As a Licensed Practical Nurse at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing high quality care, supporting our residents health and well-being, and working closely with our team to ensure success!Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties, Responsibilities & Qualifications:Provide direct patient care and assist in the delivery of nursing services.Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.Monitor resident conditions, update care plans, and maintain accurate documentation.Hold an active, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.Demonstrate strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and attention to municate effectively and professionally with residents, families, and team members.Previous experience in long-term or skilled nursing care preferred, but not required.Ready to grow your nursing career?
