Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Program Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Maryland Heights, MO.nnKey Responsibilities:n Program Manager will oversee and manage the Fraud Program, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple project managers and a Scrum Mastern Work closely with (Manager) and the leadership team to provide high-quality program updates and ensure deliverables meet executive standardsn Develop, refine, and present program status reports that can be shared up to the GVP and VP leveln Governance & Execution: Potentially take on governance responsibilities, ensure adherence to processes, and get in the weeds when needed-such as developing detailed project plans, tracking dependencies, and identifying impacted teamsn As a Program Manager, you will act as a central point of coordination, chasing down PMs, ensuring alignment, and setting up key meetings to keep the program on trackn Leverage strong presentation skills to effectively communicate program updates and risks to stakeholdersn Navigate team dynamics and organizational politics with diplomacy and strategic awareness
