Concrete Laborer at Aerotek in Nampa, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Title: Concrete Laborer Job Description We are seeking dedicated Concrete Laborers to join our team at our plant in Nampa. You will be responsible for stripping current concrete forms, resetting the concrete, and pouring new concrete. The concrete forms are large, approximately 3ft x 3ft or larger, and you will be working in a team setting. This position requires lifting up to 50lbs continuously. Additionally, production workers will be responsible for cleaning products and maintaining cleanliness around the plant. Opportunities for cross-training in different departments are available. Responsibilities + Strip current concrete forms and reset the concrete. + Pour new concrete into large forms. + Lift and handle concrete forms weighing up to 50lbs. + Work collaboratively in a team setting. + Clean products and maintain a tidy plant environment. + Participate in cross-training across different production departments. Essential Skills + Experience with concrete, construction, and concrete finishing. + Knowledge of rebar, concrete forms, and hand tools. + Ability to perform general labor and work as a finisher. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in general labor, fencing, roofing, and construction labor. Why Work Here? Work Environment This position offers an indoor working environment with shifts from 7am until the job is done, typically around 5pm, Monday through Friday. Steel-toed boots are required and will be provided upon conversion. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Nampa, Idaho. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
