This highly organized and collaborative role is responsible for managing marketing requests, developing training and promotional materials, and coordinating joint marketing activities that align with our organizational strategy. The ideal candidate will work closely with the distribution sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals and partner needs, and must demonstrate the company's core competencies of communication, customer focus, innovation, integrity & ethics, lean & safety, and passion to succeed.DuBois brands have been recognized as the technical leader for over one hundred years with unparalleled technology and service. Their combined knowledge and application expertise contribute to the performance and value our customers have come to expect.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Distribution Partner & Sales Team Support Serve as the primary marketing contact for distribution partners and the DuBois distribution sales team. Manage and fulfill requests for marketing collateral, product literature, safety data sheets (SDS), and technical documentation. Collaborate with sales to identify marketing needs that support partner growth and engagement. Coordinate with the DuBois marketing time to ensure appropriate and timely maintenance of digital assets, printed literature, and tradeshow materials.Training & Enablement Develop and maintain product training presentations and tools for distributor sales teams. Coordinate with portfolio managers, regulatory, and technical experts to ensure content accuracy and alignment with key product offerings. Support the execution of distributor meetings, webinars, and in-person training sessions. Track and support the deployment and usage of market development funds.Joint Marketing Initiatives Plan and execute co-branded campaigns, event participation, and digital promotions with distribution partners. Align joint marketing efforts with sales strategies and track performance metrics. Assist in the development of case studies and success stories from distributor-led initiatives. Must be able to perform the essential functions with or without accommodations.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or relevant field. 3+ years' experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing, preferably in the chemical, industrial, or manufacturing sectors. Robust understanding of marketing principles, strategies, marketing digital tools and techniques/best practices. Strong project management and communication skills. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and regulatory teams. Ability to analyze data, develop effective marketing strategies, provide reports while utilizing analytical tools. Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor activities and customer needs.
