The Warehouse Manager is a key plant and functional leadership position, reporting directly to the Sr. Manufacturing Manager. The Warehouse Manager will lead warehouse activities and be responsible for overseeing the following: Material Handling, Shipping, Receiving, Order Pulling and Inventory Control with full ownership of driving required projects and actions to accomplish site goals and expectations. The Warehouse Manager will also be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving internal plant material systems. This role will drive plant operations excellence and collaborate with internal leadership to apply proven practices that ensure continuous improvement. As a key member of the Operations team, the Warehouse Manager must be able to work cross functionally to meet plant and business objectives.What You'll DoProvide direct management support to the Warehouse, Material Handling, Shipping, Receiving, Order Pulling and Cycle Counting partnership with department leadership, establish departmental goals and objectives.Monitor team performance against established goals and conduct performance evaluations for the team.Develop, implement and sustain strategies to ensure departmental and organization key performance indicators are met.Ensure accurate management of inventory quantity, location, and safety stocks to meet production needs.Lead continues improvement efforts with a focus on process optimization related to inventory management, shipping, receiving, order pulling and material handling.Lead root cause corrective actions utilizing FAST, A3, PDCA methodologies.Develop strategies to meet raw material space requirements.Lead and support efforts to right size inventory based off organizational needs.Supports annual cost reduction and productivity projects as assigned.Sustain and improve inventory cycle counting program to ensure inventory accuracy targets are met.Identify training needs; develop and maintain a cross-training program to ensure necessary labor and skill allocation targets are met.Oversee the certification and recertification process of the team for P.I.T. (Powered Industrial Truck) training.Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.5+ years of experience supporting inventory management, materials flow, production scheduling, or shipping/receiving.3+ years management/supervisory experience within a manufacturing warehouse environment.Must complete the Train the Trainer course for Powered Industrial Vehicles certification to become a certified trainer.Previous experience supporting a continuous improvement culture.Exceptional analytical abilities and experience using data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization both verbal/written.Demonstrated abilities with Project Management and complex problem solving.#LI-GP1PSG is the global pump, metering and dispensing-solution expert, enabling the safe and efficient transfer of critical and valuable fluids that require optimal performance and reliability in applications where it matters most.
