FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Cumming is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Director/Physical Therapist to join our team. If you are seeking professional change, getting back into the field, or just want to build a future with FYZICAL, please apply today for immediate consideration.What We Offer: Signing & performance bonusHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k) with company matchingGenerous PTO allowanceNo weekendsPaid holidaysIn-house residency programsCEU allowanceOpportunities for leadership and advancementUnlimited access to online training libraryOwnership / partnership opportunities Primary Responsibilities Include:Document all company notes, reports, and summariesEnsure smooth and timely patient flow Assign and supervise the Physical Therapy Assistant's patient care activitiesAssign and supervise the Rehab Technician's non-patient activitiesDetermine necessary PT based on prescriptions/referrals/patient condition/recordsAfter reviewing patient records, strategize, create, and carry out treatment plansTrack and report treatment progress, adjust as necessary Oversee all assistant, technician, and student job assignments/activitiesGive lectures and provide PT and related training for in-house staff and outside groupsProvide analytics and organizational oversight for the facility (filing, requisitions, etc.)Keep timely documentation including but not limited to daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, and discharge summariesEnsure patients are treated promptly in accordance with their scheduled appointmentsDelegate appropriate patient care activities to the PTA in accordance with skill level and deemed appropriate by the State Practice ActSupervise all PTA activities including the delegation and supervision of non-patient care activities of Rehab TechEvaluate and record effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefitOrient, instruct, and direct work activities of assistants, techs and studentsPlan and conduct lectures and training programs on physical therapy and related topics for medical staff, students, and community groupsAnalyze and organize the clinic's operations/procedures including information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and maintaining and periodically reviewing complianceSuccessful Candidates Must Have:Master of Physical Therapy Degree (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT)Current GA state licensing and all other state-required documentationSubstantial time working as a Physical TherapistExcellent communication skillsStrong organizational skillsStrong leadership skillsAbility to multi-taskMotivated self-starterRequirementsSUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: Compassion for Seniors High school diploma or equivalent We prefer one year of caregiving experience but are willing to train the right candidates Reliable transportation (own vehicle) Valid driver's license Availability/Flexibility with scheduling Good communication and interpersonal skills A professional and friendly attitude Apply today to join our team of compassionate, caring, and reliable Caregivers in Hartford, CT.
