Director/Facilities/Game Operations

Job Description This position will provide strategic oversight of all athletic facilities, including scheduling, maintenance planning, and capital improvements. Serve as liaison with campus facilities, grounds, and external vendors for maintenance and repairs. Ensure all athletic venues meet NCAA safety and compliance standards.Direct all aspects of game and event operations for home contests, including staffing, setup, breakdown, and coordination with visiting teams and officials. Athletic facility scheduling oversight including practices, competitions, camps, and non-athletics events in athletic facilities. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for athletic events and facility usage. Coordinate campus safety, parking, concessions, and custodial services for event support. Salary Range 38,722-50,339 Salary is commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity Salary Type Salary Time Type Full-Time Work Location MU - Marshall University Qualifications Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management. Experience One year of related experience.Basic computer skills, knowledge of event management, knowledge of Sun Belt Conference and NCAA rules.
