Join us in shaping the future of healthcare through data, technology, and innovation.Role OverviewWe areseekinga strategic and execution-focused professional witha strong foundationin Real-World Evidence (RWE) and experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR). This role will support cross-functional initiatives and report directly to the Associate Director, contributing to the design, execution, and communication of RWE, HEOR and Evidence Synthesis strategies that inform commercial and clinical decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the design and execution of RWE studies, including retrospective database analyses and observational research.Contribute to HEOR deliverables such as cost-effectiveness models, budget impact analyses, and value dossiers.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align RWE/HEOR strategies with therapeutic area priorities and businessobjectives.Draft and review technical reports, manuscripts, and presentations for internal and external audiences.Support strategic planning and stakeholder engagement across global teams.Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards in coordination with cross-functional teams.Stay current with industry trends, regulatory guidance, and methodological advancements in RWE and HEOR.Required Skills & Experience3-7 years of experience in RWE and HEOR within a healthcare consulting firm or life sciences company.Proven ability to design and execute database studies using claims, EMR, or registry data.Strong understanding of healthcare data sources and analytical methodologies.Experience with economic modeling and outcomes research frameworks.Proficiencyin statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SQL) and tools (Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity withcausal inference analysis,AI/ML applications in healthcare analytics (preferred).Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights.Demonstrated project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.Educational BackgroundMaster’s degree in epidemiology, health economics, biostatistics, or outcomes research. The actual salary will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant’s geographic location.The salary range reflected is based on the primary work location of Berkeley Heights, New Jersey.
