You'll play a key role in helping our patients restore movement, improve quality of life, and reach their recovery goals.Key Responsibilities:Deliver care in alignment with Axes' 8 Core ValuesCollaborate as an integral member of the healthcare teamMaintain confidentiality of patient and physician informationStay current with professional development and continuing educationEnsure a safe, clean, and professional clinical environmentEvaluate patients per physician orders and provide evidence-based treatment plansComplete all documentation promptly and accurately (evaluations, daily notes, discharges, etc.)Communicate effectively with referral sources regarding patient progressSupervise support staff and delegate tasks appropriatelyContribute to the development and delivery of new programs and servicesAdhere to APTA Code of Ethics and Standards of PracticeMaintain a patient treatment schedule aligned with clinic and leadership expectationsRespect patient rights and encourage involvement in care decisionsSupport clinic growth through relationship-building and professional contributions, such as annual article submissionsWhat We're Looking For:Required Skills & Experience:Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong interpersonal communication with diverse patient populationsIndependent decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesProfessional integrity, especially with confidential informationInitiative and sound judgment in clinical situationsCommitment to practicing within APTA ethical standardsQualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institutionActive or eligible Physical Therapy license in the state of MissouriCurrent CPR and First Aid certificationsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR)Why Axes?At Axes, we believe in supporting not only our patients but also our team.
