Responsibilities: Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Provide one-on-one support to children in various settings, including home and community environments. Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with families. Utilize positive reinforcement strategies to encourage desired behaviors. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all clients. Assist in the development of new therapeutic activities and interventions. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field is preferred. Experience working with children with autism or developmental disorders is a plus. Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Compassionate demeanor and a genuine interest in helping others.
