Key Responsibilities- Perform expert-level trim carpentry including installation of baseboards, crown molding, shelving, door hanging, and cabinet hardware- Execute custom cabinet assembly and installation with precision- Maintain clean, organized work areas on residential job sites- Read and interpret construction plans and project specifications- Work collaboratively with other carpenters, subcontractors, and supervisors- Adhere to safety standards and company protocols- Demonstrate professionalism and respect in all client interactions Qualifications- 5+ years of trim carpentry or residential remodeling experience- High school diploma or GED- Exceptional attention to detail and finishing skills- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record and reliable transportation- Professional demeanor and ability to work respectfully in occupied homes Benefits- Competitive hourly pay ($25-$38+ per hour)- Year-End Bonus- 4-day work week (10-hour shifts)- Medical Insurance- Retirement Savings Program- Paid Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Leave- Mileage Reimbursement- Company Events- Bi-Weekly Pay Schedule Schedule- Full-Time- Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (4x10 schedule) Work Location- Onsite in Omaha, NE and surrounding residential areas- Local travel to project locations required; mileage reimbursed Equal Employment Opportunity We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
