Details Department: Family PracticeSchedule: Monday - Friday 7 am - 5 pm. One night a week until 5:30 pm. Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer.Responsibilities Assists with the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician.Assists with treatments ordered by physician as supervised by physician or registered nurse. Performs select clinical terviews patients, measures vital signs, and records information on patients' charts. Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients.Performs basic clerical duties including answering the phone, maintaining records, and filing.Performs basic materials management functions to include ordering and stocking of supplies. Assists with maintaining a clean and orderly environment.Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.Education:High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.Additional Preferences Medical Assistant:Responsibilities:Assists with treatments ordered by provider as supervised by provider or registered nurse.
