Warehouse Lead

5th HQ - We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee our warehouse operations in Pompano Beach, FL. In this hands-on role, you will supervise a team of 8 employees focused on picking and shipping orders. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse lead or supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the warehouse team (8 employees) Ensure accurate and efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders Monitor team performance and provide training, guidance, and support as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Ensure inventory accuracy and proper handling of products Communicate with management regarding workflow, staffing, and any issues Help enforce company policies and safety procedures Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) if certified Work alongside the team as needed to meet daily goals and deadlines Qualifications 2+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role Strong understanding of picking and shipping operations Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a team effectively Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs Basic computer skills (inventory systems experience is a plus) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required High school diploma or equivalent required
