Based in our Shakopee or Eden Prairie, Minnesota location, as a Software Engineer you will design and implement software to verify and validate world-class safety-critical industrial automation equipment. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Work with a team to design and implement automated tests and test infrastructure. Participate in reviews of product requirements, test designs, and implementations. Work with multi-functional teams to help solve engineering challenges. Provide analysis for change requests, considering the impact to product testing and schedule. Collaborate with firmware developers. Who You Are: You solicit both input and discussion.You create a plan and outline for various audiences. You include others in making decisions, creating a consensus mentality.You focus on creating an effective collaborative style. You stay aligned with the team's goals and stay productive.You balance planning with action.
