The Masters-Level Clinical Caseworker will provide services to youth in the West Springfield Middle School YOUR ROLE AS A SCHOOL-BASED CLINICAL CASEWORKER: The role works in collaboration with a Bachelor's-level Caseworker to implement the therapeutic objectives of the treatment plan designed to address the youth's mental health, behavioral and emotional needs. REQUIRMENTS: Master’s degree in related field Knowledge of basic computer skills Valid Driver’s License Availability to work M-F 8am-4pm ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Mentor the youth to understand, direct, interpret, manage, and control feelings and emotional responses to situations and to assist the family to address the youth's emotional and mental health needs Assist with care coordination with other community providers that are involved with the youth's treatment Collaborate with the Bachelor's caseworker, youth, family and school to develop all service plans Facilitate small groups, access recreational activities, plan and carry out community activities, and provide homework help Take advantage of a competitive salary starting at $55,000 annually, as well as a phenomenal benefit package that includes, Dental, Health and Life insurance.
