We provide a collaborative approach to rehabilitation including a team of healthcare professionals, such as physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists and restorative nursing aides who work together to deliver comprehensive therapeutic interventions to our residents.About the Position: Provide evidenced based therapeutic assessments and interventions in a Skilled Nursing Setting to both post-acute, and long-term care patients Schedule is flexible; department is open from 6am-8pm, 7 days/week Collaborate and work in a team setting with other excellent clinicians and restorative nursing staffRequirementsGraduate from an accredited physical therapy school. Preferably two years of clinical experience (if applicable). Capable of lifting the equivalent weight of an adult-size patient.
