We have an opening for an experienced Outsider at our Upholstery Manufacturing facility in Archdale, NC.Qualifications & ExperienceA minimum of 3 or more years experience in outside upholstery for fine custom furniture pieces ( Fabric and leather) Ability to read production tickets and any special instructionsUtilize tools such as staple gun, scissors, regulator, button needle, staple puller, pliers, tape measure etc.Apply the right amount of cotton and rubber in the seat, inside back, and arms and then apply fabric over the cotton and rubber to complete the inside of an upholstered piece of furnitureFabric must be upholstered smooth and fit the frame properlyAll pleats must be short and uniformBuild pieces on time according to production scheduleKeep work area clean and clearScan the piece out once it is completed and approved.Benefits Stickley offers a competitive benefits package including:Paid Time OffGroup Health, prescription, vision, and dental coverageCompany paid life insurance401KFlexible SpendingEmployee Assistance ProgramStickley "Fit for Life" Wellness Program Corporate YMCA discountEmployee Furniture Discount Program The compensation range provided in this job posting is a general guideline.
