They are skilled in the fabrication, installation, inspection, testing, adjustment, and repair of electronic, electromechanical, and pneumatic control circuits and systems. These systems record, indicate, and control the operation of various machines, including process measurement and control instrumentation.Pay: $Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, VacationEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe E&I Maintenance Technician will conduct preventative and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment and troubleshoot circuit problems while applying theory and related knowledge to install, rebuild, or repair electromechanical equipment.Attend Company Sponsored TrainingParticipate in RCA and Safety Improvement TeamsEndeavor to increase their skill levels through additional stall,maintain,andrepairindustrialcontrolsystemsandpowerdistributionsystems, including electric motors, motor control devices, and variable-speed drives.Maintainwaterandwastewaterinstrumentation,includinganalytical,flow,pressure,andlevel transmitters.Maintained computer equipment,DCS,telemetry(SCADA)system,HMIsoftware,PLC, fiber networking, and process systems.Workwith an electriciantoinstallnewequipment,includingconduitandwiring.Responsibleforpreventativemaintenanceandcalibratingallelectrical,instrumentation,and process equipment.Maintainaccurateequipmentfilessuchasmaintenanceandinventorylogs,manuals,andblueprints.Technical knowledgeofmotorcontrolcircuitsReadandunderstandmanuals,blueprints,plete tasks of lower Maintenance LevelsMinimum QualificationsHighschooldiplomaorGED,Fiveyears of education,training,and/orcombination#L1-TC1Compensation Range:The pay for this position is $ per hour.
