06-Oct-2025 Organizational Effectiveness Manager Full time Regular Job Description As the Manager, Organizational Effectiveness (OE), you’ll play a vital role in enhancing Best Buy’s effectiveness through change management, strategic organizational design, data analysis, research, and employee engagement. You will work closely with leadership, HR Business Partners, and various departments to lead change management efforts, assess organizational needs, design effective structures, and implement strategies that enable the future of work and ensure the overall health and success of Best Buy.This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.What you’ll doDefine and design organizational effectiveness plans and tactics through organizational design, capability building and change management in large scale change initiatives using proven frameworks, external research, data, and benchmarkingDefine and manage the planning, execution and completion of organizational effectiveness plans and tactics ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectationsMeasure, collect, analyze, and interpret organizational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to shape organizational effectiveness plans and tacticsPartner and work closely with HR Business Partners, directors, and cross functional teams to deliver results related to organizational design, capability building and change managementEducate and coach key stakeholders on ways to create greater effectiveness and efficiencyFoster a positive team environment by modeling and promoting collaboration, open communication and continuous improvement within the team and project teamsBasic qualifications4 years of experience within human resources, organizational effectiveness, change management, business transformation or related field3 years of large-scale change management experience within a matrix organizationExperience with organizational design and change methodologies, including applying frameworks and best practicesSkilled at clarifying deliverables, defining and setting milestones and aligning cross functional partnersProven ability to manage timelines, mitigating risks and ensuring execution of organizational design and/or change management deliverablesAdvance experience with Microsoft Office SuitePreferred qualifications1 year of organizational design experienceStrong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insightsDemonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a degree of adaptability and resilienceStrong business agility - able to pivot and adapt quickly to changes and continuously improve processes based on learnings and feedbackWorkday, Orgvue, or similar HR systems acumen and experienceWhat’s in it for you:We’re committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
