Read below for more information!What the Machine Operator & Assembler will do:Carry out tasks according to established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and qualityPerform pre-shift and routine inspections to verify equipment is functioning properly and safelyMaintain a solid understanding of machinery and tools to operate them correctly and troubleshoot minor issuesComplete assigned tasks efficiently while meeting daily and weekly production targetsAccurately measure, mix, and add chemicals to baths or processes as required, following safety protocolsKeep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to maintain a safe and efficient environmentPerform scheduled maintenance on equipment and chemical baths to reduce downtime and extend service lifeTrack, monitor, and report material usage; assist with restocking and supply controlConsistently follow all safety procedures, wear appropriate PPE, and report hazards or incidents promptlyPrepare and stack materials correctly to ensure smooth lamination processes and quality outputWhat you need to be a Machine Operator & Assembler:High School Diploma or GEDBasic math and computer skillsKnowledge of chemicalsWillingness to submit a pre-employment drug testMust be a U.S. Citizen or permanent residentAbility to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive movements #MetrojobsWhat are you waiting for?
