We currently have multiple opportunities open at our F&B outlets. If you are skilled cook with a passion for providing an excellent dining experience for guests, then we want to speak with you Requirements Must be able to:Set up work station with required tools, equipment and suppliesMaintain and strictly abide to sanitation and health regulationsCheck production schedule and parsTransport supplies from the storeroom and stock in designated areasStart prep work and production of items needed for the dayAssists in the prep of soups, meats, gravies, vegetables, salads, and baked goodsClean and prepare fruits and vegetablesIce down seafood in accordance to proceduresProduce salads, fruit/vegetable/cheese/meet trays and centerpieces for banquets and buffetsPreps and executes well-balanced and appealing employee mealsPrepare amenity orders for Room ServicePrepare and produce cold menu items for designated F&B outletsPrepare all dishes following recipe and yield guidesInform Sous Chef on any shortagesAnswer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructionsBring all dirty pots and pans to the pot wash stationBreak down work station and complete closing proceduresWrap, cover, vent, and label/date all food items being storedMaintains cleanliness and complies with proper food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storageMaintain a complete knowledge of the menu items and specials to ensure the best product is being served to the guestsMaintain organization, cleanliness and sanitization of work areas and kitchen equipmentOur CULTURE:The passion of our people is our greatest asset.
