Responsibilities + Provide technical assistance and research in planning, zoning, and environmental matters. + Attend planning commission, design review board, and other agency meetings to support projects. + Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution and coordination. Essential Skills + Proficiency in AutoCAD. + Strong project coordination and administration skills. + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel. + Familiarity with Revit, architectural design, and construction documentation. + Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
