Key Responsibilities of the Pro Shop Counter Staff: Performs opening and closing procedures for the shopResponsible for accountability of all Member and Guest sales transactionsMake tee time reservationsAssist with rotating merchandise inventory and keeping displays clean and orderlyMay work with guest services and club management to facilitate starting times and play on the golf courseAssist as needed with member events and outside tournamentsContinually monitor, implement and adhere to all company goals, policies, procedures and controlsAssist with receiving merchandiseAssist with maintaining proper inventory counts and levelsPerform other duties as requested by the Head ProfessionalGo the extra mile to provide the standard of service guests expect Minimum Qualifications of the Pro Shop Counter Staff: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED); and three months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience Other Qualifications: Regular and Reliable attendance and transportationAble to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays THIS SHIFT WILL REQUIRE WEEKDAY MORNING AVAILABILITY
