NOTE: Position is located in Winston Salem, NC. Prefer that applicants live within a 40 mile radius of Winston Salem, NC. Good credit history a must. Primary Accountabilities (High Essential): - Provide exceptional client service both internally and externally and serve as a role model to the staff. - Acquire and maintain knowledge of the Bank's loan products and be able to fully utilize the OSI and Meridian Link systems. - Acquire and maintain knowledge of products/services to efficiently and accurately assist clients with opening new accounts and effectively cross-sell products/services to meet client needs. - Support the frontline as needed during staff absences. - Observe, absorb, and demonstrate key management skill sets including, but not limited to: developing and executing a team strategy for meeting and exceeding sales goals, facilitative coaching, branch operations, and compliance, networking and development oof Centers of Influence, conduction both personal and business advisory discussions. - Regularly attend work at Piedmont's place of business during regular business hours. Primary Accountabilities (Low Essential): Educational Requirements: High School diploma or related work experience. - Assist in originating and closing loans. - Provide exceptional client service and serve as a role model to staff in routine customer interaction. - Assist with deposit account needs, including cross-selling products and services as needed. - Support and assist branch manager as they manage the branch and teammates to success. Non Essential - Serve as a backup vault custodian, responsible for managing branch cash supply and replenishing staff cash supply when needed. - Other duties, as assigned - Cross train and back-up others, as assigned Related Experience: Two to three years of prior teller or lead teller experience.
