Sr. Procurement Analyst Job ID 242622 Posted 13-Oct-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Purchasing/Procurement Location(s) Remote - US - Remote - US - United States of America **About the Role** As a Senior Procurement Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting a multinational conglomerate that manufactures and sells a diverse range of products across global markets. This position is ideal for a strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills and a passion for optimizing procurement processes. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding vendors for various services and products, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance standards. Working closely with Facilities Managers and other partners, you will use internal resources and standardized contract templates to streamline vendor engagement and support operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to grow into more sophisticated sourcing responsibilities, including managing Requests for Proposals, conducting market analysis, and leading strategic sourcing initiatives. **What You’ll Do** Design, generate, review, and implement reports to support account, client, and global sourcing requirements. Present the results of reports along with their relative impacts on the business. Maintain data integrity of databases and make changes as required to enhance accuracy, usefulness, and access. Collect and rationalize complex data from many sources. Conduct advanced financial evaluation. Ensure data integrity and accuracy. Use data from many sources to create a complete overview that includes improvements and recommendation. Point of contact for key processes in subject teams and day-to-day functions. Review forecasts and investigate trends in general business conditions. Make strategic recommendations to business. Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems. Have a broad knowledge of own job field and some knowledge of several job subject areas within the function. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement. Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet target dates. **What You’ll Need** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. + Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. The minimum salary for the Sr. Procurement Analyst position is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. Procurement Analyst position is $85,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
