Seeking an Account Specialist in the Fond Du Lac Area!! Job Description As an Account Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing client relationships, ensuring the seamless processing of orders, and contributing to the achievement of sales goals. Your expertise in CRM applications and ability to manage a variety of customer interactions will be essential in this position. Responsibilities + Accurately process orders and gather necessary details before submitting vendor purchase orders. + Manage proposals, follow up on opportunities, and track shipping information. + Handle the incoming traffic of leads from clients. + Leverage CRM applications like Salesforce to track customer, opportunity, and project information. + Develop a deep understanding of products, solutions, sales channels, and industry structures. + Increase sales with existing accounts to achieve individual, team, and company goals. + Maintain and develop relationships with end-users, contractors, distributors, factories, and purchasing managers. + Resolve project issues efficiently. Essential Skills + Account management + CRM proficiency + Vendor support + Order processing + Proficiency in Salesforce + Vendor management + Client relationship management + Data entry + Sales experience + Microsoft Office proficiency Additional Skills & Qualifications + Familiarity with handling vendor purchase orders and shipping processes. + Bachelor’s or associate's degree, with 1-2 years of sales-related experience preferred. + Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong initiative. + Demonstrated integrity and a team-driven approach. + Effective time-management and organizational skills. + Excellent interpersonal skills. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Interest or background in technology and computers. + Electrical and mechanical background is a plus. + Desire to work in a small start-up business culture. Work Environment This position is 100% onsite, working closely with Account Management teams including Retail, Channel-Indirect, and Enterprise. The role offers growth opportunities, with potential progression into Sales and further into Account Leadership. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
