The position functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.Position Responsibilities:Probe bins, test samples, and report results to Operation Manager, Plant Manager, and QA ManagerReceive popcorn into the plantUnload incoming material(s) and complete the necessary paperwork associated with incoming materials, including inspection recordsComplete bills of lading and other paperwork per company and regulatory requirements, including seal numbersLoad orders of clean, bulk popcorn and document as requiredOperate CCP and document the loading of cleaned bulk ordersFollow and understand Production ScheduleKeep processing plant supplied with conditioned corn per direction from Operation Manager and Plant ManagerAssist with fumigations as directed by licensed personnelReport any food safety, quality issues, or occupational safety concerns to Management immediatelyMaintain safe, clean, and organized work area at all timesFollow all policies and procedures on safety, cleanliness, and BRC/FDAComplete Department of Transportation paperwork as neededOperate commercial vehicles and tractors as neededAssist in other areas of plant operations as necessaryPerforms other related duties as assigned
