HEAVY EQUIPMENT DIESEL TECHNICIAN / MECHANIC SHOP LOCATION: NEW BRANCH North Chesterfield, Virginia EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent, Full-Time, Monday-Friday (40hrs/week) COMPENSATION OVERVIEW: Signing Bonus up to $1,500.00 based on experience + Competitive wage, based on experience + Profit sharing bonus opportunity (quarterly payout) + Annual increase opportunity + 401(k) matching program + Technician training program - bonus upon completion + Premium health insurance benefits + 10 paid vacation days & 3 paid personal days OVERVIEW OF THE HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANIC POSITION: The Heavy Equipment Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and performing mechanical repairs, installations and preventative maintenance on a variety of heavy equipment, including but not limited to Street Sweepers, Vacuum Trucks and Refuse equipment.
