Position Overview: The Enablement Specialist is responsible fordeveloping, planning, coordinating, and delivering sales training anddevelopment programs designed to meet organizational needs for allsales-related employees. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager ofEnterprise Learning & Enablement and partnering with sales leadershipyou will be engaged during the sales training process end-to-endincluding needs analysis, content development, training delivery,communication, optimization, and adoption. Responsibilities: Salestraining (50%) Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for newhires and experienced field sales professionals, ensuring consistentadoption of WebMD Ignite's selling and account management approach.Conduct hands-on practice sessions including role plays, andscenario-based learning tailored to field sales realities, includingprospecting, discovery, negotiation, closing, adoption, and valuerealization. Collaborate with SMEs on creation of exercises. Provideon-the-job coaching, feedback, and mentoring to support retention ofskills and drive continuous improvement. Partner with team members andsales and other executive leaders to ensure the training needs of theirteams are being met. Reinforce our sales processes with sales andaccount management teams. Lead creation and execution of an engagingonboarding program for all new sales team hires. Curriculum developmentand certification of knowledge and skill within the industry andorganization. Development and ongoing training and certifications forsales messaging and positioning in the market for new and upsellopportunities. Managing Relationships (25%) Act as a liaison betweenenablement, marketing, customer operations, product, support, and salesteams to improve products, services, and overall user experience.Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure resolution . Ensuresproduct support, product utilization and user experience align to clientand company goals/expectations and service level agreementsDocumentation and other enablement (25%) Utilize team and companyprocesses to capture all sales training activities and outcomes Lead thepreparation, creation, and implementation of client-facing materials,utilization reports, and communications Collaborates with the ContentStrategists Maintains a timesheet for billable client training hourspurposes Candidate qualifications Knowledge of course creation...
