If you have a talent for sparking growth and managing group dynamics, your expertise will directly support participant development and elevate Spectrum’s commitment to excellence.Your work will empower learners and contribute to Spectrum’s ongoing success.How You’ll Make an ImpactFacilitate learning sessions to enhance participant skill sets in classroom, team meetings and online debriefsManage class environments by tracking attendance, addressing behavior issues and documenting performance strengths and areas for growthComplete administrative tasks including class and lab preparation, schedule management and maintenance of participant records such as test scores and evaluationsExecute all Learning Management System requirements before and after training including evaluationsFollow structured facilitator guides to lead activities, discussions and debriefs that drive engagement and knowledge retentionProvide constructive feedback to learners to support knowledge transfer and behavioral improvementPursue ongoing development in facilitation, learner engagement and classroom managementObserve training end-users to understand how instruction impacts business outcomesCoach learners on role-specific skills, processes or systems as neededSupport additional training initiatives or duties as assignedWhat You’ll Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducationAssociate’s degree or equivalent combination of training and work experienceExperience1+ year(s) of training delivery experience in formal or informal settings3+ years of experience in the related functional area or business unitSkillsAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishStrong critical thinking and analytical skillsEffective prioritization and organizational abilitiesClear and direct oral and written communicationAbility to interact professionally across all levels of management and staffCapacity to engage with the public in a professional mannerProficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookFamiliarity with various learning approachesConfident presenting and training groups online and in person HTR313 2025-63494 2025 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
