See more at . What you'll be doing?As an A/R Specialist, you will perform a variety of billing and A/R duties as outlined below and work with the team to improve processes and internal controls. To accomplish this, you bring a thoughtful and consultative approach to the job.Core Responsibilities:Create invoices based on contracts and timesheetsWeekly and team billing, T&M, % Completion, Milestone billing.Specific client invoicing through portal uploads A/R customer serviceClient A/R statement issuance and reconciliationAR Inbox ownership for both internal and client communicationAccounts receivable collections Own Avalara Sales tax tool and submissionsInternal System Reconciliation Participate in month and year-end processes and reconciliationsParticipate in the financial and other auditsDocument processes and procedures as needed and where necessaryOther duties as assignedWe want you to have:Foundational GAAP knowledge1-3 years minimum in an A/R Specialist roleKnowledge of different billing methodsSolid Google sheet/excel skillsExperience in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skillsA kind and collaborative attitudeIt would be a bonus if you had:B.S. in Accounting or FinanceExperience working in a professional services environmentExperience in a rapidly growing, diverse organizationIntacct/Sage experienceWere big believers in empowering our team to do their best work by offering:High integrity, values-driven Executive Leadership TeamCompetitive salary Competitive time-off plansWellness ProgramTraining and development programsDaily catered lunchPartnerships with interesting and engaging clients who align with our valuesFun and collaborative work environment with a focus on growthFor Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this contract position is $26.00/hr to $31.00/hr. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
