Functions may include but are not limited to RedPrairie (RP), JDE (Host System), label application, research, inventory control, and identification of product. This position may require powered equipment operation certification and / or non-powered equipment use.Helps resolves various inventory issues: i.e. adding and deleting inventory.Documents customer returns.Maintains daily reports in order to update outside departments of returns.Reconciles shipments received from manufacturing and 3PLs; communicates information to supervisor in a timely manner.Performs JDE inventory transfers from other Gildan facilities to SDC.Performs 2-way match between RedPrairie and shipment receipts to ensure expected product has actually been received.May perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments.Prioritizes job functions while working in a changing environment.Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.This opportunity is based in our Sales Marketing and Distribution Team.The requirementsHigh School Diploma1-3 Years related experienceMay be asked or required to wear PPE to protect from hazards.Work requires almost continuous moderate physical effort OR frequent heavy physical effort (several times a day).Significant exposure to one disagreeable condition OR occasional exposure to several disagreeable conditions/one very disagreeable condition.Little or no exposure to hazards; very limited risk of injury or health problems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Basic Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferredExperience operating Radio Frequency (RF) equipment and scanners preferredGood verbal and written communication requiredMust be able to sit and/or stand for a majority of the timeHearing required in order to hear instructions, safety warnings, etc.Vision required to operate a keyboard and to complete required data entryMust be able to read, write, speak, and understand English language effectivelyMust be able to work in a team-based environmentJoin a leader in apparel manufacturing with strong safety and environmental standardsBe part of a diverse workplace with fun workplace activitiesBenefit from continuous training opportunitiesTake advantage of our attractive benefits packagesWe want to get to know you better!
