'Join Our Team: Import Mex Foods Seeks Bilingual Sales Manager!'About Us:At Import Mex we're not just providing customers with the highest- quality products from Latin America and the Carribean, we are also providng the best service in the industry!Major Functions: Manage the activities of 4+ sales representatives and 1 merchandiser in NC region while growing sales with current customers and researching/developing new business opportunitiesResponsibilities:Accountable for achieving sales budget for their respective regionDevelops and is accountable for growing sales with new business and existing accountsDirects the efforts, coaches and develops sales representatives within their regionMonitor and ensure maintenance of merchandising standards in assigned areaAssists District Manager and HR Manager in developing performance goals, professional development plans, succession planning and completing yearly appraisal processProvides support to representatives on escalated customer issues and acts as liaison between representative and senior managementWorks with District Manager and HR to assess headcount needs and assist in the recruitment and hiring process of viable candidatesAccountable for positive customer satisfaction metrics within their regionQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or related work experience5+ years sales experience with 3-5 in a leadership roleStrong communication and organizational skillsMust be able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines timelyBilingual preferred#LI-NZ1
