Now Hiring: Lead Technician? Location: Charleston, SCAre you a skilled technician with expertise in trailer and tractor maintenance? Join our team as a Lead Technician and take charge of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining company-owned trailers, tractors (on and off-road), and heavy equipment.What You’ll Do:? Diagnose and repair brake systems (including ABS) and wheel-end components? Repair electrical/lighting systems, suspension, and frame/body components? Maintain A/C and heating systems, engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems? Troubleshoot and diagnose faults using manufacturer software? Conduct preventive maintenance inspections following Stella PM standards? Maintain certifications as a brake inspector, annual inspector, and A/C technician? Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling work, sourcing parts, and using Stella Maintenance software? Perform routine maintenance on trailers (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections)?
