We’re seeking an Inside Sales Administrator to support our outside sales representatives and serve as a key liaison between customers, vendors, and internal departments.What You’ll DoAs the Inside Sales Administrator, you’ll play a central role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination across the sales process. Your responsibilities will include:Collaborating with outside sales representatives to prepare accurate, timely, and well-organized estimates and proposals.Working closely with the Service Team on installation quotes and schedules.Administering bids, purchase contracts, bonds, and sales orders.Manage vendor purchase orders and track order progress to ensure timely delivery.Following up on open quotes, RFPs/RFQs, and customer communications.Researching and resolving order issues and maintaining up-to-date customer files.Providing outstanding administrative support to ensure a seamless sales process.What We’re Looking ForAssociate or Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of sales administration experience.Experience in distribution or manufacturing environments preferred.Strong math, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Proficiency in handling detailed documentation, quotes, and contracts with accuracy.Why You’ll Love Working HereWe offer a supportive, team-driven culture where your contributions are valued and recognized.
