You will drive performance, coaching, accountability, and growth across a talented team of Comfort Consultants and Home Advisors who sell HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions to residential homeowners.This is a leadership role with direct impact on revenue growth and customer experience — and one of the highest-profile leadership opportunities in our business.What You Will DoLead, coach, and develop a team of in-home sales professionals, ensuring they meet and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targetsBuild a culture of urgency, accountability, integrity, and service-first sellingWork in close partnership with Marketing, Operations, and Service leadership to maximize lead generation, lead conversion, and profitabilityImplement world-class sales training, processes, and coaching to continuously raise performance levelsManage and optimize key metrics — close rates, average ticket size, finance penetration, sales cycle times, and moreDrive high levels of customer satisfaction and positive online reputation from the point of sale through project completionFoster an environment of teamwork, energy, and a winning mentalityHelp recruit, onboard, and develop new sales talent as we continue to scaleWhat We’re Looking ForProven success as a Sales Manager or Sales Leader in a high-volume, customer-centric sales environmentExperience leading in-home sales teams, preferably in residential services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home remodeling, roofing, windows, solar, etc.)Ability to coach salespeople of all experience levels, from rookies to veteransTrack record of driving strong performance in sales, profitability, and customer experienceData-driven and metrics-oriented — must be comfortable managing the numbers and holding others accountableA team builder who can attract, retain, and inspire top sales talentHigh integrity and a deep commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for both employees and customersA bias for action, urgency, and continuous improvementWhy Join F.H.
