Real Estate Project Manager

The Real Estate Project Manager will assist with the implementation and continuous improvement of our offices located in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have strong computer proficiency, interpersonal communication, organizational skills and the ability to multitaskin fast paced environment.ResponsibilitiesOffice space planningFurniture procurement and installation coordinationWork closely with IT department to coordinate low voltage and audio video designOversee all office build out, renovation projects and employee moves from start to finish. Including, but not limited to, timeline development, facilitating update meetings, communicating project updates, project close out and punch list walk throughsWork with ownership on design approval and furniture procurementAssist local office management with maintenance schedules and requests, understandingfurniture parts and mechanics to trouble shoot repairs and issue resolutionDocument and log As-Built drawings for all owned properties along with leasing and marketing plans to support the Real Estate leasing efforts4 years space planning, and project management experience in commercial real estate or architectureBachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and work experienceExperience in furniture procurement/installationExcellent written and oral presentation skillsProficiency in project management software preferredAbility to travel up to 15%Compensation PackageCompetitive base compensationHealth benefits & 401K with employer matchEmployer paid continuing education courses and designationsAccess to Kaufman Institute, H.W.
