This position is responsible for supervising field crews and overseeing the safe, productive, and quality-driven execution of deep pile foundation work related to electrical pole foundations and utility infrastructure. The Foreman plays a critical role in translating project plans into on-the-ground action, managing crews, and ensuring compliance with safety and production standards.Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crew members on assigned job sitesEnsure strict adherence to safety protocols and proactively identify and mitigate risksInterpret project drawings, plans, and specifications to guide field operationsOperate and oversee the use of pile driving, vibratory hammer, and drill shaft equipmentMaintain and inspect tools, machinery, and safety gear to ensure functionality and complianceEnsure foundation installations meet quality, schedule, and specification standardsDocument and report daily progress to the Superintendent or Project ManagerServe as the main point of contact for on-site crew direction and coordinationCommunicate with vendors or suppliers for material and equipment needsTroubleshoot field issues and escalate unresolved or complex problems as necessaryLead morning safety meetings and toolbox talksProvide hands-on training and mentorship to crew members to support growth and accountability3+ years of hands-on experience in electrical utility infrastructureAt least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or lead role, with proven ability to manage a teamDemonstrated knowledge of deep foundation methods, including vibratory and drilled shaft installationsFamiliarity with project drawings and electric utility pole foundation requirementsAbility to lead by example with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and qualityExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsValid Class D or higher driver’s licenseVibratory foundation installation and drill shaft installationAs a Quanta Services employee, we offer a wide range of benefits to fit your needs:401(k) with immediate matching and vestingComprehensive benefits packages including Medical, Dental, and VisionChoice of PPO, HSA, and FSA plansShort-term and long-term disability benefitsEmployee discounts on consumer goodsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry, sex (including gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, and/or gender identity), age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, and/or any other basis protected by applicable federal, state or local law.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
