Production Planner

The Production Planner plans and prepares production schedules.Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet schedulesAnalyzes specifications and performs determines processes, tools, and human resource requirementsPlans and schedules workflow for and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead timesPlans sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workersConfers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projectsExpedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions Prepares production reports Prepares lists of required materials, tools, and equipmentPerforms all other duties as assignedEducation:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredExperience:Two years production-related experienceAny combination of education/experience may be substituted for job requirements at the recommendation of the hiring manager and approval of the COO and CEO.
