Resident Project Representative

Carollo’s vision is to be the BEST water consulting firm and you’ll find that Carollo is also the best place for you to build your career.Daily inspection (primary responsibility)Special Inspection (in areas where qualified)Leading Construction Progress MeetingsPreliminary review of Submittals, RFIs, RFCs, etc. to ensure they are complete prior to forwarding to engineers for formal reviewReview and acceptance of project schedule updatesReview andacceptance of project schedule of valuesPreliminary review of change ordersGeneration and maintenance (along with project engineers) of project punch list.Reviewandrecommendation of construction pay applicationsPeriodic review of contractor record drawings to ensure accuracyAssistance in start-up and commissioning activitiesMinimum of 0-2 years of construction experience including water and wastewater plants, pipelines, and pumping facilitiesCompletion of OSHA 10-hour safety course and other construction safety trainingProject lead experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust be willing to travel regularly and be working in the field full timeHigh School DiplomaBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or arelated fieldCarollo is committed to providing employees with a competitive, comprehensive benefits program that provides the care employees and their families need to lead healthy, productive lives.
