This role combines hands-on installation and display work with direct customer interaction, ensuring our showroom floor is both inspiring and welcoming.What You’ll Do:Assemble, move, and install furniture and displays on the sales floor.Maintain the visual presentation of the outlet, ensuring displays are organized, safe, and appealing.Assist customers with purchases, including processing transactions and guiding them through checkout.Provide a welcoming and helpful experience when answering customer questions and offering product guidance (not commission-based sales).Troubleshoot and problem-solve display or installation challenges with creativity and efficiency.Support outlet operations by keeping work areas clean, organized, and functional.Strong hands-on skills with tools, furniture assembly, and/or general handyman experience.Comfortable engaging with customers in a professional, friendly manner.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the outlet team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment.Capable of safely lifting and moving up to 75 lbs.Medical, dental and vision insurance available the first day of the month after hire date401k with employer matchingUnlimited Paid Time OffPaid Volunteer Day, allowing you to give back to your community9 paid holidaysAnnual bonus potential and merit increase potentialGenerous employee discount Employee referral bonus
