The Production Electrician also serves as the on-site subject matter expert for electrical matters, performs planned and unscheduled work, and provides advice and training to new personnel, including Mechanic I level, and Mechanic II level employees.Duties ,ResponsibilitiesRepair, replace, and maintain electrical wiring and circuits on assets in the production facility in a timely mannerTroubleshoots equipment for electrical issues to prevent malfunctions and, or identify opportunities for improvementsPrograms electrical and electronic equipment and handles the installation, maintenance, and repairs for electrical controls, wiring, and lighting systemsParticipates in the installation of new or modified assets and ensures optimal functionality of electrical componentsMaintains electrical drawings (paper or electronic)May perform other duties as assigned
