Job Summary and Qualifications Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, performs direct patient treatments in selected tasks to restore, reinforce and enhance patientsu2019 performance; facilitates the learning of those skills and functions to achieve the therapy. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: + Demonstrates competency in selected rehabilitation procedures. + Supervises Rehab Aides. + Attendance and being on time, ready to work your scheduled hours is an essential job function. What qualifications you will need: + Basic Cardiac Life Support + Texas Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license required. + Associate Degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred. + Minimum of one (1) year experience working in acute care and/or inpatient rehab setting required.
