Requirements Position Overview: Seasonal Sales AssociateReports to: Seasonal Store ManagerEmployer: Noor Staffing Group (representing Hickory Farms)The Seasonal Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience at our Hickory Farms locations. This role requires proactive engagement with customers, in-depth product knowledge, and a commitment to achieving personal and team sales goals. Sales Associates will work independently while maintaining professionalism, enthusiasm, and a high standard of service.As a seasonal team member, you’ll get 40% off our delicious Hickory Farms products.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & SalesGreet and approach every customer, offering personalized assistance and recommendationsDrive sales by actively engaging customers and showcasing productsAchieve personal sales goals while supporting team objectivesProduct Knowledge & MerchandisingMaintain extensive product knowledge to answer customer questions and drive purchasesRestock and organize merchandise as directed to ensure an attractive and well-maintained store environmentCustomer Service & Problem ResolutionResolve customer complaints promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experienceProvide outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyaltyCash Handling & Loss PreventionAdhere to all company cash handling policies and loss prevention proceduresAccurately process sales, returns, and exchanges using the POS systemSafety & ComplianceDemonstrate a high level of safety awareness and adhere to all safety protocolsReport all injuries, safety hazards, and incidents to the Seasonal Store Manager immediatelyTeam Support & Other DutiesMaintain energy and enthusiasm while on duty, contributing to a positive work environmentFollow dress code standards and wear the provided apron at all timesComplete all assigned training courses and materialsPerform other tasks as assigned by the Seasonal Store ManagerEducation and/or ExperienceMust be 18 years old or olderPrevious retail experience is a plus, but not requiredCritical Competencies for Success:Passion for providing excellent customer serviceIntegrity and honesty in all interactionsPositive attitude with a proactive approach to customer concernsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of ownership, dependability, and initiativePhysical Demands:This position requires continuous movement and standing, with the ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours.
