Job Title: SuperintendentJob DescriptionAs a Superintendent, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects to ensure they meet deadlines and budget constraints. You will create and manage project timelines, coordinate with various teams, and supervise construction processes to ensure compliance with project specifications. Your role will involve interpreting architectural and engineering drawings, maintaining OSHA compliance, and monitoring construction work for quality control. You will also utilize technical software and manage vendor relationships to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and oversee construction projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints.Create and manage project timelines, coordinating with various teams for timely completion.Supervise construction processes, materials, and methods to ensure compliance with project terpret architectural and engineering drawings to guide construction activities.Ensure adherence to OSHA standards to maintain a safe work environment.Monitor construction work to ensure it meets required standards and specifications.Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, and MS Project for project management and documentation.Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.Essential SkillsProficiency in construction management and supervision.Experience with project management and quality control.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety.Experience with commercial, restaurant, retail, and mixed-use construction projects.Proficiency in using technical software like AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, and MS Project.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong communication skills for effective verbal and written interactions with team members, clients, and stakeholders.Leadership skills to motivate construction teams to achieve project goals.Problem-solving abilities to quickly identify and resolve issues.Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all aspects of the construction process.Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Decision-making skills to make informed decisions that positively impact the project.Work EnvironmentThe work environment includes commercial construction sites where you will collaborate in a supportive and collaborative setting.
