Are you a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for customersatisfaction? LaSalle Network is currently partnering with a company that has been around for over 20 years. They support homeowners with protection plans and on-demand services for repairs or maintenance. This client is seeking a Customer Account Representative to join their growing team. This position would be 100% onsite in Naperville, IL. Customer Account Representative Responsibilities: Assist existing customers with account questions or processes and scheduling repair or maintenance service while selling additional products and services Sell home warranty and energy-related products and services to residential and/or commercial customers Ability to successfully resolve customer questions and/or concerns quickly in one phone call by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions and implementing appropriate solutions. Create and maintain personal/team sales goals daily, weekly and monthly Customer Account Representative Requirements: 2+ years Customer Service experience 2+ years of working in an office space Must have strong verbal and written communication; must be conversational Comfortable with multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment Extremely resourceful and able to problem solve Ability to provide exceptional customer service consistently
