Key Responsibilities- Lead water mitigation services including water extraction, drying, and dehumidification- Perform demolition and controlled tear-outs to remove damaged materials- Clean building structures and contents affected by fire, smoke, or water- Oversee pack-out and storage of customer belongings as needed- Set up, monitor, and remove restoration equipment- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and project managers- Ensure job site safety, cleanliness, and efficiency- Document work performed accurately in company software- Mentor junior technicians and support their development Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire restoration- Must have proven experience running water and fire losses.- Demonstrated ability to lead 3-4 service technician crews and execute scope of work efficiently- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record- Excellent work ethic and a strong sense of urgency- Strong communication skills and customer service focus- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in physically demanding environments- IICRC certification is a plus (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT) Benefits- Positive and supportive work environment- Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays- Healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision)- Matching 401(k) retirement plan- Opportunities for overtime pay- Career development and training opportunities Schedule- Full-time position- Monday to Friday, with some evening and weekend availability as needed- Overtime opportunities based on workload and emergencies Location- Based in the St. Louis Metropolitan area- Travel to local job sites is required; company vehicle may be provided depending on role and availability Equal Employment Opportunity We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
