Maintenance Supervisor - 1st Shift This job will have the following responsibilities:Ensure that all production equipment is maintained and repaired in a manner which meets company standards and minimizes downtime.Hire, train, develop and manage all maintenance department employees.Assist in the management of Capital ProjectsAssess, develop and prioritize the scope of projectsAssign department personnel accordingly.Purchase parts and supplies for maintenance department.Coordinate with production supervisors the scheduling of repair and maintenance work.Maintain the minimum spare parts inventory.Qualifications & Requirements:4+ years supervisory experience in similar environment managing multi-craft maintenance personnel. Knowledge and experience may be substituted for degree.Basic PC skills with spreadsheet and word-processing software preferred.Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and programming repairs required.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.#JDP
