Production Supervisor

HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES:Responsible for the daily schedules of retort operators.Oversee the day-to-day operations of hydrostatic and rotary retorts.Monitor Kronos timekeeping, OT, absences, OT, etc. Investigate incidents and write accident reports. Print daily process records for retort operators.Maintain communication with the QA department. Maintain relevant communication with the scheduler/planner. Forward requests to purchasing. Manage team member discipline and grievance-related issues.Train to perform in SQF and Safety audits.Identify and report issues related to non-conformance.Assist Processing Managers as required.Ensure operators adhere to daily checklists, standard operating procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
