Hours/Work Scheduleo Office hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00a 6:00po Call Requirements: call can be taken from home and would be for clinic patients that may have acomplication after hours. Calls are rare, typically once every few months. Staffingo 1 Dermatologist, 2 MOA, 2 LPN, 1 CMA, 1 Documentation Assistant, 1 Office Manager Case Loado 40-45 patients/dayo 20-30 procedures/day Procedureso Shave/Punch biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, intralesional and intramuscular injections, medical Botox,I&Ds, intense pulse light treatments, chemical peels, comedone extraction Equipmento Phototherapy booth, intense pulsed light machine, Hyfrecator, smoke evacuator, microscope,dermatoscopes, supplies to support all procedures, all rooms are set up to be procedure rooms Additional details/expectations of the position:o We have phlebotomy lab services across the hall for needed testing, an in house specialty pharmacy,and outpatient pharmacy services onsite. COMPENSATION:Option #1: Base salary of $413,370 (50%tile MGMA for those just completing training) with additionalcompensation for experience, guaranteed for 2 years. Can be switched to a wRVU production contractwhen exceeding target. Option #2: Base salary of $538,590 (75%tile MGMA) guaranteed for one year and then switched to awRVU production contract. * 5% less for those not yet boarded, salary adjusted accordingly upon board certification 2-year contract also includes:Vacation: 4 weeks plus holidays/sick days (29 PTO days). Additional 5 days when producing 75%tile wRVUsCME/Books & Journals: 5 days PTO and up to $5000Medical School Loan Repayment: repay up to $200,000 ($25,000 per year for each year of servicecommitment)Deferred compensation: 457b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $19,500 year before taxes.No matching.Retirement / Savings Plan: 403b plan.
